Membership
 

 This organization is known as the Auxiliary to the International Association of Fire Fighters.

The membership in this International Auxiliary shall comprise of such Local Auxiliaries as shall receive a Charter issued by this organization. The Local Auxiliaries shall be composed of such members, as are lawful spouses, parents, siblings, retired or deceased Fire Fighters who where members of the International Association of Fire Fighters. Any local Auxiliary member not qualified under said regulations and restrictions shall be recognized by the International as an honorary member only. A divorce decree nullifies membership except as an honorary member only and provided it is bestowed by the local auxiliary. Such auxiliaries shall keep a valid list of their respective members as required by the laws enacted by this organization, and shall have the right to make their own Constitution and By-laws, provided that such Constitution and By-laws do not conflict with that of the International Auxiliary.
